The special by the former POWs about Kerry's treason was pulled last night due to some lawyers actions. There is also an army of lawyers headed to Florida to file lawsuites claiming voting violations for any little thing. It sounds like the TLA is going to try and win this battle in the courts where the people don't matter. :eat:

So Michael Moore can make whatever kind of production he wants about Bush and not even try to hide the fact that he's trying to influence the election, claiming it's "free speach". BUT, when the same thing happens and it's about Kerry it's somehow a violation of the law?
Yes, the Kerry camp is planning on winning this election even if they don't win it. The DNC has already released a memo stating that even if precinct workers cannot find problems with the voting system they need to come up with some. Kerry's camp has stated that it has the resources to fight for recounts in 5 states and the NAACP and ACLU are already filing complaints about voter abuse even thought the election hasn't even happened yet.
I don't have a problem with a candidate or party trying to win an election by getting their voters to the polls, but when they try to win by short circuiting the democratic process we all have a problem.

Yup, when Al Gore tried to steal the election by taking it to the Supreme Court instead of accepting the results of the recounts. And it has been proven by numerous sources from both sides that Al Gore never led the election and did not come close to ever winning the popular vote in Florida. But of course when Bush played the game by Gore's rules and answered Gore's challenge in the courts, he was somehow doing an end-run around the electoral process.

This is a great example why other countries should hold election and have democracy. Write? :D Lawyers are the answer for every problem. :burningm:
