Okay, the bottom and sides are all sanded down and I want to flip the boat right side up again and use my dolly.
Curious what the rest of you have done. I'm going to either stand 2X6s upright and line them up with the stringer or lay them flat and try to get the angle right.
I realize that the 2X6s lay flat on the trailer but that's with an engine in it. This boat is "L"ight! Can I get away with standing the 2X6's upright? It'd be much easier..

Okay, for those that attempt it in the future. With the boat upside down, I layed out 2X6s to mimic the bunks on the boat. Lightly ramed it up to keep the angles correct and keep it from moving. Flipped it over and reinforced it with more 2X6s and bolted some casters on it.
Works slick and supports the boat well.
Here's some pictures of me trying to get the angles correct.

And here's it is as it sets.
