That truck is sweet and it sucks to hear that it dosen't fit all of your needs.
FYI-My uncle has a 2003 40' WW(No slides) and he tows it with a 01 F350 Dually 4x4 with little issues. It's a little slow going up hills but so far so good out in the sand.

at 65 or 70,no issues at all,it shifts alot but im getting used to that,in the sand we just switch it to 4X4 and its noooo problemmoooo

Frickin ***boat swingers!!
This truck pulls my boat at 80 MPH no problem and the toyhauler at 70-75 MPH easily. The best part is that you don't get pushed around at all by the trailers. Alos the engince brake is the shiz for hills, no brakes needed.
Up medium hills, it slows a bit but not below 45. I was doing about 47 MPH up the hill just outside of Yuma coming/going from the dunes.

After driving a 4500, owning a 2500 and a M2 I know what my next crew cab will be hands down. I love my 2500 (I only own it to tow my boat back and forth to Long Beach) I love my M2 Toter but wouldn't want it to be my only truck for towing my boat. If I had a toy hauler and a big boat the only truck I would do would be a M2 Crew Cab and keep my toter for trips.
Here's a nice truck.......... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-Freighliner-M2-Demo-Loaded-Very-Nice-Save_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ63743QQitemZ459894 9288QQrdZ1
Most sell for low to mid 90's. If you can find a demo or something with low miles you can pick one up in the 80's. After driving a Freightliner there is nothing else like it.

There have been a few. Had a few hits off the Offshore Only site, and a racing team (desert) was really trying to get the funds to buy it. We were at $60k, but the lowest I would go was $65k with their deal (included trade) and they could not come up with the extra $5k.
That deal may come back in the next few weeks, but I'm not taking anything less than $65k. It is the best priced 4500 for the package that it has. I already took it in the a$$ on depreciation so whoever buys it will actually be in it right.
