Hey guys my neighbor has an 89 avenger 20ft 200 HP evenrude with a speed prop and a ski prop. The boat is very clean. The hull is a stepped tunnel. He said the boat will do 80 mph with the speed prop on it.It also has a matching bimini top.He needs to sell it.Any idea what this is worth??
Thanks

It depends on how clean it is. Tandem trailer? Cover? New interior or old beat up? If it is real clean with a tandem trailer, low(ish) hours, cover, multiple props, etc..........I would say in the $10,000 range +/- $1,000. Take a look at what the late 80's Stokers with OMC's are selling for. This should give you a good idea!
Good Luck!

I have a 97 Ski Avenger (not a tunnel) w/ an EFI 200.
I payed 15K for it and it was realllllly clean.
I'm happy w/ it.

The boat is extremley clean.single axles trailer. It could use a buffing but I beleive he is going to have this and a tune up done before he sells it.
Its red white and blue with matching bimini and cover.Motor painted to match also.I'll find out the ours.No rips in interior and its in great shape.I think he would be very happy somewhere between 10k-12k.I will get some photos of the boat.He said he bought the boat for 20k back in
89.Thanks

jstwkd,
That boat is worth around 8-10k. Probably really nice but this time of the year its value is gonna be down. In the summer it might be up in the 10-12k range. Get a pic up.

Get back in the Vdrive forum Sangster. I happen to be a fan of Outboards. There are some fast ones at the river on the bottle.

Seriously now that is very cool! In fact, I am a huge v-drive fan (well mainly flatbottom fan). No room for additional boats right now. frown
