What would it cost me to change the color of the graphics on my boat. I bought the boat used and want to get rid of the baby blue. Maybe some charcoal grey and darker blue?

It looks like someone stole some of the parts off his pump.
But seriously- You could do some airbrush work over the baby blue, giving it some depth with some darker blue or charcoal. Then good eurethane clear with UV blocker. The same can be done for the seats. No kidding, there is some really durable airbrush paint that can bond to vinyl.

Have you considered vinyl graphics?
with all that white you could have a good shop
do something you would like.

Well at least they didn't put an ugly pink stripe on it.
If it were mine I would be perfectly happy with those colors.
