Hey Mainevent I am heading from TO as well... The best way to get there is take the 23 to the 118, exit Topanga and turn right, then take left on Devonshire (I think this is right, hopefully someone will confirm), Los Toros will be on your left side. Parking can be a pain, so you might have to park in the neighborhood behind the restraunt.
