I just had mine done with oven cleaner. Sprayed it on and waited 10 minutes and then it just wiped off. No problem.

use a razor blade! I stripped my whole boat in an hour, and it was covered with paint. Just go slow and dont be stupid, you could gouge it a little, gel is tough stuff though...Worked for me. Guaranteed to be faster than chemicals...cheaper too.
Just used the easyoff yesterday. worked great for me:D

Oven cleaner works. Try that first, clean up with acetone.
That's a good Idea, I was wondering if that would work on removing graphics on my boat. I dont' like how they die off toward the back, do you think that would work mike? They had a real problem with those graphics for a while.

Hey J,
You'll have a hard time scraping off all that woodgrain broken down in the middle of Lake Havasu at sunset.

I tried Easy off on my 1996 Ultra on the painted letering and it worked, somewhat...Finally tried 3M rubbing compound...It took alot of elbow grease but removed all the painted lettering....and did not damage the gelcoat...:D
