Looking good Dave!..
Bitchen looking work as always Dave! :)
Got the cavitation plates rigged, as well as the battery box mounted this past week. Both motor plates are "rough cut" to size and bolted, along with the clips through the stringers. Almost time to blow this thing apart and start with all the "finish" machine work, got the Bridgeport oiled and ready to go! :D :D

Finally got a little time to work on the b-boat today. Here's a few shots of the nearly finished strut and transom supports. Still got to alot of millwork to do on these pieces, but, at least they're bolted in!

You sure this is going to be strong enough
You sure this is going to be strong enough
Lots of 2 flute chips are gonna fly before those pieces are done. :D :D
Haven't posted any shots for a while, so, here's where we're at.
Plates drilled and mounted. Pillow blocks mounted(still have to window and finish machining). Going to run 1 3/4" eyelevers for the turnbuckles. Extended pillowblocks should really enhance geometery.

One question Dave...How long are the plates from the transom to the back of the plate?. When I stood up and imagined 10 inches your plates looked shorter then that ( again a smiley face).
