Ok so this guy up the street is turning donuts in a gocart( on a very dark street with no lights... smart guy :rolleyes: )
I hear aloud bang. When I get out side I see that he has hit a parked car. I am sure he broke his arm and hes going to have to pay for the damage to the car... His wife took him to the ER... I wonder what the CHP( any help here kilr?) is going to do to him... the niebour with the wrecked car just got off the phone with them.

Well they may get him for not having a license
no ins at the scene of an accident
no reg
it can go on and on
no lights, mirrors, turn signals,brake lights
and if he is drunkwell just add a dui
now this is all the worst case scenario
so he left the scene without saying anything to owner of the car :mad:
No they had words... the guy only lives 5 house up the street from the guys car that was hit. So its not like they don't know where each other live.
Stupid is as stupid does.
How bad is the damage :rolleyes:
