Wow did not know Mastercraft offered the submarine option. That bilge pump will be working some overtime!
Got to be great for the trans.
Darrell.
another boat to add to the pictures when buying used boats lol that must be hard on that boat.
When Viagra is just not enough to impress that "someone special"....
there are some dumbass people out there
hello rotting wood
whats the big deal....they drive around with that much water in them anyways :D :D
Stay far away from that Idiot!!!
Although from what I hear jet boats can do that pretty good as well:D :D
I think he now owns a blue and green aftershock deckboat
I watched the video twice and I can't seem to find the damn reeds anywhere.
Ya know.... I've spun a Master Craft several times and never had that happen. WTH?
WTF?? I dont see a spinout anywhere, but a boat that looks like it's getting sucked into the water...
What a wus. The DCB's make at least one 360 degree spin. It must make a difference when you do it in the reeds while overtaking another boat at 100MPH!
I thought Dave only tought that to people who bought his boats.

He opted for the quick fill wakeboard ballast system. Who has time to let the pumps fill up the balast tanks anyways?
OK...what the hell really happened there??
I watched it three times and it looks like he just submarines!! The boat starts to
porpoise a lttle and then it just goes under!! WTF!

That's what I was wondering. WTF happened?

He got across his own wake and slammed it in reverse...:jawdrop:
Doesnt seem like even he (driver) knows what happened...kinda spooky. Could it be shallow there enough that the lower unit hit and forced the front down that much?? Very strange...

Yup. You really have to wonder what those gears look like because obviously this isn't his first time.

More than likely its a v-drive.
think he could of pulled it off if he had it set on kill

OJ,
I watched it again. I think you'e right
Think have seen that dumbass on Castaic a few times. :D
I think he now owns a blue and green aftershock deckboat
He was just scared cause he saw a big orange boat going way to fast in the rear vu. :D
Looks like this is from the driver

This wasn't done on perpose at all!!! How this happened?? I believe that when I was coming into shore that I hit some rollers left over from the twinrig and when I pulled off the throttle the nose hit those rollers and sucked the front end down.
Some people think that I may have pulled the throttle back past netural into reverse adding to the nose dive. Still not 100% sure how it happened, I just know that I don't want to do that again!! LOL...

It is a direct drive....engine is in the middle.
And what happened is he did attempt a spin out but he turned the steering too fast and slammed it into reverse too soon causing the stern to lift instead of turn. When done correctly, the boat will spin and they will plane backwards for a while especially if you can spin on top of a wake....the boat flips really fast and literally will be planing at 30 MPH backwards. Putting it in reverse does not add to going backwards as much as it helps the boat go straight. I have seen this maneuver go wrong a few times.
