My brother needs to buy a 35-50hp outboard for his new inflatable. The "boat" is rated to take 50hp so I think he would like something closer to 50hp. Any idea's?

Sorry, I'm not very well versed in outboards. Does this mean it is not "manual" steering with the arm and throttle in your hand? My brother needs to be able to remove the motor when not in use once he gets home from the water. Sorry if I wasted your time.
