Irwin Capp is a premier jet boat builder and has the molds to Tom Papp's Cheyenne tunnel. He is one of the most knowledgeable boat builders of this type around and will be at Jack's to give advice on how to make your rig run a little or a lot better.
He is going to bring one of his cheyenne's with a four barrel to show how you can go real fast with a little horsepower when the bottom is done right.
