It looks like alot of room . but i'll tell you it's a pain in the ass parking in there. Im used to it now so its no big deal.I pull the boat up foward the back it up at an angle and get in there ,its a little easier because I made it more level. I think I would have to charge a parking fee like a vallet service..:D :D

I live pretty close to shingle springs .....Rescue . I rented the bobcat, cost too much to buy and I only needed it for this job.

mid 20's last night. Yes everything is drained , but I keep a lamp/heater in the engine compartment for the really cold nights
