Where can I get a 20" with tires for 06 Chevy/GMC 8 lugs. I dont want the truck lifted, just bigger rims & tire. Do I need to recalibrate the speedo?
Thanx.

The bottom line is how much do you want to spend? I've bought 20" Weld Velociti 8's with Kumho 305-50-20's for about $3500. The Kumhos are great tires but get loud the last five to seven thousand miles, plus I only got about 30,000 out of them. I put Michelin Cross Terrains on and get the same mileage, but they come with a 65,000 mile warranty, so I get a 55% discount on the next set.
As far as recalibration of the speedo, you can do that with a Hypertech programmer or get a custom computer tune from Wester's (http://westersgarage.eidnet.org/Index2.htm) or through TByrne Motorsports (http://www.tbyrnemotorsports.com). A custom tune will get you more power, better mileage and if you sell your vehicle Wester's will give you a new tune for your next GM vehicle for just shipping for life.
Thanks for the info. Gotta get the truck first (hopefully today). The locl dealer didn't have 20" aftermarket for 8 lugs, but plenty of 6 lugs for the 1500.
I have a 2500 hd and if I'm not mistaken even if they are both 8 lug, the center bores are different. Because i tried that and went with 22'' and stock hgt.
want just hummer 2 wheels I have a center cap that will work
Thanks for the replys so far
The OEM H1 wheels and tires are 16.5". I just took a set off and replaced with 17" Alloy. Took the OEM's down and had them powdercoated black and put them back on. Just liked em' better.
I have a set of 17" Alloys and 35" tire with less than 200 miles. Will fit H1 or that 2500. $2500/obo, that's almost $1000 less than I have in them.
Will send photo if someone is interested. I got to get down with digital and get some taken.
I think he is looking for H2 wheels & tires. The tires are BF Goodrich, All-Terrain T/A, size 315/70/R17.
