how good of a hull is a sanger shovel nose??
I have never owned one but I can tell you Sanger always made good boats. I think this is a picture of one.

yeah, my buddy has one that he has only put in the water once. he says it doesn't turn worth a dang. i could buy his really cheap, but i don't want a boat that won't turn. is this common for sanger's.
Here's another Sanger Shovelnose that runs well.. (100 + mph) It runs at CFW all the time... :D

so do all v-drives not turn very well?

so do all v-drives not turn very well? Most V-drives turn great specially the ones made for circle racing. Hydros with a rudder like the one below dont turn very well.

awesome, that's exactly what my buddy's boat has. thanks for all the info. now i know i don't want it.
