I had to gun it to get up the hills.. :D
Don't remember what yr but.
VW Diesel Jetta. Whopping 90hp and semis passed my pulling the passes. LOL
1978 Pontiac Sunbird wagon. 151 iron duke, ported side flow head, Crane cam, 2bbl holley 350, 2.5 exhaust to a super turbo. 13x7 slot mags, cut V8 springs, big sway bars, poly bushings. Bested a 20.88 ET/78MPH at Palmdale, CA. What a waste. Very consistent though. Ahh the Sunturd.
LMAO!! After all that engine work it still wasn't close to breaking into the 20's......:D :D
48hp. '79 Diesel Rabbit...but it was still fast enough for me to roll it end over end.
Its out under the carport right now. Wrangler with a 4 banger.... But it'll go slow almost anywhere! :D
'52 VW Bug.
my buddy had an '80s VW shiraco..with the auto trans and A/C...it was slow but dude, the car was a chic magnet for me!
CC
1975 Plymouth Valiant. Slant 6. Auto.
Not terrible on power, actually. It just wasn't real fast.
That car had two options. Power steering and an AM radio. The front bench seat was covered in the same rubber as the floormats. In poor light, you couldn't tell where the seat ended and the floor began.
In 40 below weather, my best friend used to tell me the seat was giving him piles. It wasn't comfortable, that much is certain.
Now that I think of it, my Blazer is the slowest car I've owned
