where can I upload a video (wav file) from my pc to the internet so I can post video here?

Try Geocities or freewebspace.net. Don't know who your internet service provider is but most of them come with 20MB of free web space as well. Pretty simple. Just set up your free web space, download wsftp and upload. Then post here as a link.
