I have a near new 2006 Howard 28 Bullet for sale. 24.5 hours of use. No salt, always garaged. This is the same boat that just won it's fourth Powerboat award. The only difference is I have a Pfaff 700hp EFI (non-blown) with an IMCO Extreme SC drive in lieu of the tested Merc 600. My boat has every possible option and then some. Too many to list.
