55.00 a month at Pacific Self Storage in Fontana, outside but a locked and monitored fenced in area for RV's and boats etc. have to have manager unlock gate to get vehicle during business hours only, and thats a new rule they had some minor problems. I stored there for over 4 yrs and never had any problems great folks to deal with. Got a new house with all the storage space i need so there will be 2 spots available within the next 2 weeks.
