Try the easy stuff first....Check distributor timing in case distributor timing moved or loose.
Check throttle linkage to make sure you are actually getting full throttle. Check air cleaner or...
You do not want perfect alignment...I seem to recall around one and a half to 3 degrees,
but I am sure someone more expert can give you better figures. this allows
