    Here's a few shots of the front steering pulleyshttp://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/520/1517st1-med.jpg http://www.***boat.com/image_center/...517st2-med.jpg http://www.***boat.com/image_center/...517st3-med.jpg

Here's all the rear steering assy. We like to go with billet, instead of bolting together a couple pieces of aluminum angle to make the pivot blocks.http://www.***boat.com/image_center/...517st4-med.jpg http://www.***boat.com/image_center/...517st5-med.jpg
Bolt size for setting tension is 7/16ths instead of normal 3/8thshttp://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/500/1517st6-med.jpg

That looks badass Dave!. This is my setup for my GN boat, still have to do some work on the front ones though, it could look better!.. BTW, I will not be using those ugly bolts either!..

Those parts look great! I still got a little work to do on the rear stuff as well, got to get rid of a little more aluminum. I've always said, the definition of billet is, taking a big piece of aluminum and making it into a little one! It's a fine line though between STURDY and PURDY, especially on steering parts for a GN or K Boat!
