I need to do a sticky for a Catalina thread the pertains to all Hot Boaters. How?

Only problem with that is that not alot of people go there do they, I rarely do.

It gets alot of view per number of posts. I'm sure alot of peeps check it out once a day even if they don't post their much.
I could be wrong. I remember one other time several years ago that happened.

I usually check there a few times a week, just for announcements and such, so you could sticky it in HSW like Rexone suggests and then advertise it here as well...
