Relax I am all for Bush. Are you telling me you don't find it humorous. I think "W" himself would chuckle at that. It wasnt even sovereign nations, the reporter said sovereign Tribes whatever that is. Just thought it was funny, but maybe not.

Most Indian tribes and indian reservations are recongnized as Soveriegn nations by the US Govt. They have their own laws, governing councel's, ect... That's where all the casino's come from, the tribes are governed seperate from the state and it's laws.
