    I Just Got A New Holley Blue Marine Pump...it Has Small Nipple On The Front Of The Housing....what Is It For?....i Had A Regular Pump On It Before And That Nipple Is The Only Different...thanks Guys For Any Awnsers

    That nipple needs to have a hose connected to your flame arrestor so that any fuel that would puke out of it is returned directly to the carb.

    That nipple is part of what makes it Coast Guard legal. Run a CLEAR (so you can see the fuel), fuel approved hose to the flame arrestor so if the fuel pump gets an internal leak it dumps the fuel into the carb instead of a possible fire hazard. The engine will go rich and you will know there is a problem with the fuel pump.
