superdave013 flats or jets it dont matter racing is racing , we all do it for our love of racing. Its a soprt, I have one of those boats that most wont even get in it`s a JET HYDRO !!

My old boat had a berk. the new boat has a dom.We run B`s in them and turn them about 6700 rpm . Works good with what we do with them .

Does that boat have a center pod? What kind of shoe depth/grate are you running with it?

This boat is a flat bottom Jet so we dont set it up like you do on a v bottom . The shoe depth is flat with the bottom of the boat.We are using a loader that we have made for this boat. Most of the parts we have had to make as they just dont have parts for Jet Hydros.

What kind of speed so far do you get with it? What power do you have by the way?

With the Jet Hydro we have only tested it up to the70`s and 80`s. If the water is good this weekend we hope to test it as we just put a new jet drive on! This boat should be in the low 100mph range by the first race we hope.We want to run it in the 10.0`s this year. As far as hp we have around 550 to 600hp. I will know more when I see the rpm we turn this new set up .
