I sell boats and you would be surprised how many people are paying cash for thier boats. Yes they are refi the house and then useing that money to pay CASH for the boats, or they are selling second homes and just useing that money for the new toy. I am amazed at the amount of cash that is REALLY out there. Money does grow on trees you know (hell its made out of paper and paper is made from trees right). so Im told.......
My boats have ALL been paid for cash and not from refi.
