I'm selling my '79 CVX-18.
350 Chevy with Mercruiser drive. Many new/replaced parts: Tach w/hour meter, Port exhaust manifold & gaskets, Starboard exhaust manifold & gaskets, Impeller pump, Distributor, Points, Dist. Cap, Plugs, Carb (Holley 715 marine), Carb rebuilt, Fuel pump, Lower shift cable – new style, Thermostat, Drive bellows, Shift cable bellows, Water pickup hose, Power steering cooler, Fuel sender, Fuel Tank, Fuel line, Wood for back pads, interior vinyl replaced, set of original front seats located, wood replaced and vinyl dyed to match, Cylone Intake, Intake gaskets, Crane 1.6 Roller-Tip Rocker Arms, Valve covers. Floor was professionally replaced shortly before I bought it (Jan. '02).
Trailer: ’77 Spartan roller with: new brake assemblies (12”x2”), Brake line kit, Brake actuator, and Inner grease seals. Tires are 15” GoodYear Workhorse trailer tires, nearly new.
Boat runs great, only selling because I now have a 23' Daycruiser and haven't used the CVX since the end of March.

JeffConvert it- sell off the outdrive.
Not a bad idea, but I just love all the extra room on the 23 footer. Having the couches and bed up front makes a huge difference. Its also nice to be able to sleep on the water (comfortably) with the lake being 85 miles away and a tow vehicle that gets 14mpg. Its nice to get 2 days of boating out of each trip. If I could get that out of the 18 footer I'd do it.
