In a scandal this large he should be asked or told to resign. How many heads up companies have had to leave when "their" company was caught? You may not know everything going on a head of the company but you better know most.
I also heard last night on Hannity & Colmes that Saddam Hussein was nominated to be head of the Health & Human rights part of the UN at one time under Annan??? WTF????
