Cabbage soup isn't actually as bad as it sounds. Pretty good if you add the right spices and other vegtables......onions, carrots etc. Did it in college before Basketball season after putting on off-season weight. :hammer2:
Girlfriend also eats it........not on the cabbage diet, but she eats it as a lo-cal meal alot.
It does not sound that bad.
6 large green onions
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes
3 carrots
1 container (10 oz. or so) mushrooms
1 bunch celery
1/2 head cabbage
1 package lipton soup mix
1 or 2 cubes bouillon (optional)
1 48 oz. can V8 juice (optional)
season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, etc.
It's actually not to bad. I worked with a guy that would do it about every year and loose around 10lbs. in a couple of weeks... seem to work for him.

They do! It's called protien style. No Bun and no fry's.
