A couple suggestions are maybe to have people register ahead and send a deposit so then you can accurately plan on the amount of people who will be paying for the meal and any other events.
Maybe have a rough destination on the river posted for each day so everyone knows where the group will be located somewhat.
Saturday we could meet at one of the bars on the lake that would be maybe a 15 mile trip for lunch. Maybe thats where the boat show could be and the bar could be a sponsor.
I think that these are some good ideas. Pre-registration definately needs to be done IMO.

Driving all the way home at 3:am wasn't much fun to only wake up at the lake to load a sunken boat with a big hole in the side of it. What a weekend we had....lmao Could have been worse I guess :hammer2:
