Engine problem

could it be something with the intake manifold
perhaps a vaccume leak
my 1st thought was fuel mixture...
i ussually get it wrong before i get it correct
i always run a vac guage.............. like them old old pontiacs

to many things it could be ill know more on saturday,the person how put it together for him is a very good mech but jets around here are very uncommon to work on as a boat mech
