Good thing my Wife can't add to well---GOD love her!
Since I have one of the 5 boats in Dave's care I thought I would explain my reasoning for my restoration. My Nordskog is rare, but so are most of these other boats any more. I was faced with either selling my boat to a kid and then wait for the dash to get cut out for a CD player, or save a little bit of history.
Last week while sipping back a few and staring at my brother Ron's Rayson Craft in the paint booth. I said boy's there are only so many of these left. I guess in some ways if we have the ability and passion, then we have the obligation to protect what is left of these boats.
I think there is an incredible sense of pride that comes with owning one of these boats. So I guess you have to have the passion, ability and ego...hehe

Good thing my wife doesn't know better. I'd be a dead man.
I paid 500 bucks for the Hondo and 1000 bucks for the Indy block.
She was pissed at both. :argue: :argue: :argue:
