Thread: Speed vs RPM

Someone once posted a graph of expected speed versus RPM for different cuts of Berkeley impellers. Does anyone know where that is? I'm trying to figure out if I have a pump which needs rebuilding. What speed should I expect on my 21-footer revving, say, 4000RPM? I have yet to take my ride out with the GPS to find out MPHs.

I thought it was HP vs RPM. It would be hard to judge speed since every hole is different.

Yup every one is different i think at 4k mine is around 50mph and at 5500 is at 70.I run a 429bbf (450)hp+100nos with an b+ legend impeller.Trying to improve so i am having the bowl flowed and impeller detailed.

I think the chart you're looking for was a HP / RPM chart.
    This may help you though........
