I have a BBC going into a Nordic soon. :squiggle: Anyway I am fabricating an inlet style manifold see drawing. I am torn between -10an and -12an. I have aluminum weld in fittings for both. I am running Rex Marine billet inlet plates with 1/2" NPT inlets on the block. I know I know, I can buy something like this from REX already done. I want to be a little different and make it myself. What do you people suggest.
    Thanks.

All my 454's cooling needs are being handled by 5/8" cooling hose. I don't have a clue what AN size that relates to (I build aircraft but I'm an electrician, not a plumber ) but you can make the conversion. I have a stock logs system with a gate valve on my inlet line and my exhaust tips get all my used hot water. I have no other water outlet in my system.
