Have you had your Realtor run a CMA and make sure the comps are in line with your asking price? Most homes in that price range do not last more than 1 week on the market right now. I'm surprised that it is not sold yet (no pun intended)

Well, we lowered the price today to $137900. My realtor says we are just a little under what the going dollar per square foot is now. Hope it goes this week. Only two weeks left. The wife and I are hopeful it will sell by the end of the week. :notam: :notam:
