this engine came off a 2002 mercury jetdriven seadoo sportboat. we took the engine out of the boat the pump spins just fine and there is no sign of damage to the pump. then again there is no sign of damage to the motor, but the freakin thing just will not turn at all...... i heard its probably cheaper to buy a long block and put all the crap on the new block. mercury is selling their REMAN Long blocks for 3900, is their any other way of doing this. please help. thank
eric
