My son and I are seriously interested in a Mobile Home Park to purchase along the River from Bullhead to Lake Martinez. What LTV will they go on Mobiles, and is it restricted to Mobiles in mobile home parks, or will a manufactured home on a private lot fit in the catagory?
I don't do a lot, but I turned away a couple deals last month.
Check the zoning in those areas. Might be some land already zoned - more of a project, but an alternative.
