Start, control panel, sounds speech and audio devices, adjust system volume.
Or you can look in the bottom right hand corner of your screen and look for the little speaker looking thinga majig. Ckick on that and adjust.
Check the master volume under all programs/accessories. Make sure it is not on mute.

I'd start simple and make sure they're plugged in the back of the PC in the correct little hole.
double click on the little yellow speaker looking deal on the bottom right corner on your task bar(the bar at the bottom). It should show your volume settings and if the mute is on. :chi:

OK, everything is plugged in...went to master sound accessories dealio and nothing was on mute....
I do not have a speaker icon on my lower toolbar....Anyone know why? I have seen it there before, but it's not there now....
I cannot play music on Napster either....
