I had a Stoker it was a nice boat, it was not fast but it was ok.
My Rapid Craft 20 tunnel would stomp the living shit out of a Stoker and do a good job in the rough stuff.
I sold that boat and now have a Mirage because I have no need to boat in rough water with a bunch of unsafe fuucking drunks in their tuna boats.
An all around better boat is whatever suits your needs.

Your absolutely right.. all around boat is different to everyone.. But in general you cant tell me that Stokers dont do all those things very well..
