Please bare with me, the referred to opinionated a$$hole, as I have a couple questions about the whole process.
    1. It was my first time voting at this particular polling place as I had moved since the last election. I prresented my sample ballot and my drivers license. The polling place worker promptly requested I put my license away as they are not allowed to see it or ask for it. Uhh, ok, why? Seems to me it makes perfect sense to verify who I am.
    2. What happens to ballots that are not 100% completed? That is, say you do not want to vote on a particular issue(s) because it does not imapct you or you just don't know HowTF to vote for it. As an example, members of a community college district or judges?

Its all part of Californias goal to be PC, if you ask a person for ID and they dont have one it could hurt thier feelings. The state is afraid of getting sued by the ACLU. The ACLU claims that asking for IDs will intimadate minorities, thus causing them to not vote.
The items that you voted for on the ballot will be counted, even if you let some of them blank.
Some of the polling places had a list outside, you check to see if your name is on the list to see if you are at the right place. Then go inside tell them who you are, they had you a ballot, and do not want to see ID.
They have nothing that would stop a person from looking at the list, picking out a name and voting that persons vote.
The place I voted at had the list inside and the lady checked to see that my name was on the list, and no ID check.

That's what they want. The Dems want the wetback vote and they know the only way to get it is to let them into the polling places just like they let them into our country. Next thing you know we'll have wetbacks running for office. :yuk:

So what stops the same person from voting 20 times at different offices? Oh, that's right. The Dems are hoping for that. The only way they can win an election is through fraud. :yuk:

Now now, that's only happened ............ well ............. every time an election has happened in the last 20+ years in this country, even if you ignore Detroit & New Jersey. Every election libs make accuzations of Fraud, every election people are caught, every election it seems the only ones that get caught are DEMOCRATS.

The Democrats rule the state of CA. It's hard to overcome the voting power of the bay area.
I think the Democrats are going to team up with the unions (like they always do) for the next election, and I got a bad feeling that they may sweep the 2006 elections.
Any attemt to balance the budget will demonized (by union propaganda) as a plan to take away thier retirement benifits.
One concept that people seem to be ignoring. If you put too many parasites on a host, eventually the host dies, and so do the parasites, but maybee that is the solution. Just an example I don't consider state workers parasites(well maybee the DMV).

[QUOTE=Jeanyus]I think the Democrats are going to team up with the unions (like they always do) for the next election,
The unions like this part. The union will help the illegals organize to become "cubscout" Illegal Alien Local Hall, will get contractor jobs at existing union venues, hired in at double minimum pay, do all the work, and the union overseers (as they now have nothing to trouble their day between union meetings such as work) will claim overtime to watch the Cubscouts do the job.
Union workers get raise thru OT
    Illegals get ligitimacy
Unions get new due paying junior brother
Illegals get union and government bennies
    Dems get many new votes
    Companies sustain added costs
    Prices go up
One bright spot is we get some tax dollars but the rain comes with the new Dem spenders making up more programs.
Such things are how Socialism gets rooted in.
