AHEM!!!! Get someone literate to read this to ya blown, so I don't have to explain it again:
    "Bill Of Rights
    Congress of the United States,
begun and held at the City of New York, on Wednesday, the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine.
Article of the THIRD (my capitols) ....... Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people to peacably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of greivances."
As a private citizen of the US, Pat Robertson is able to legally say ALMOST anything he wants to, whether you (or I) like it or not. I can legally say that Hugo Chavez ought to be assasinated. I can even say the govt ought to do it. I cannot threaten to do it myself, nor threaten to have it done at my command. I am ALLOWED TO HAVE AN OPINION, AND TO SPEAK IT. You have the same rights.
I can say, "My neighbor is a jacka$$, and I wish he was dead". I CANNOT SAY "I'm going to kill you." That is verbal assault, terroristic threatening, conspiracy to commit the crime, and several others.
Pat Robertson can say "The US military needs to assasinate (insert favorite foreign dictator here)". He can say "I am going to ask the govt to kill Chavez". He CANNOT SAY "I am going to have Chavez killed."
Now, just what part of PAT ROBERTSON'S LEGAL LIBERTY do you STILL fail to understand???????
I got that part what I am looking for is what did he do to bring this on him?

I may have missed it, how could you justify pat robertson calling for the murder of Mr. Chavez??
Now, whether or not I think Pat SHOULD have said what he said or not is another issue.
For example, the Ku Klux Klan has a legal right to say things that I vhemently disagree with. I think those things should not be said because I think they are so vastly wrong, BUT, THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO SAY THEM as citizens of the US.
Michael moore has a right to walk arround saying how bad a lot of evil corporations are, and how he doesn't own a single share of stock (which is a HUGE lie). I think he is a lying bastard, playing the fools in this country for what they are, fools, and my opinion is easy to prove (I have researched his a$$ extensively). My proof is in his own words, quotes direct from him. but he HAS A RIGHT TO TELL LIES (just like Al Franken), unless he gets into slander, libel, or perjury AS DEFINED BY LAW.

You mean you missed Chaves anouncing he wants to open his country as a haven to militant Islamists? You have missed the Socialist corruption of the entire reign of Chavez? You have missed Chavez's closing his ties ever closer to Cuba & Fidel Castro?
There are a LOT of reasons Chaves is a very dangerous person to have running a S. American country. Lots of reasons this country (and his) would be better off with him dead blown.

You mean the "popular" leader after The corruption of Pinochet?
He was under recall election ......... Also .........
Hugo tried to become chief of state via a coup d'etat in 1992, but failed, and went to jail for two years. But then he succeeded, winning one election, MODIFYING THE CONSTITUTION to permit him a second election, and winning it.
If he is such a stand-up guy to look up to, why would he change the rules to maintain power?!?!!?!?!?!?!? Oh, just so he could "help" more people...... BS

    Per Bil Buckley : http://www.nationalreview.com/buckley/buckley041902.asp
The insurrection preceding his 48-hour dethronement was something substantially of his own making. There were tens of thousands of demonstrators out there protesting Chavez policies. He confronted that problem in high autocratic style: He forced television stations to go off the air, and ordered snipers and other armed loyalists at the presidential palace to open fire. When word got around that a dozen people had been killed and many wounded, military commanders took over, effecting his momentary withdrawal.
His senseless mix of populist and socialist decrees seriously damaged the economy and galvanized opposition from businesses, media, and the middle class, while his courting of Fidel Castro, Colombia's Marxist guerrillas, and Saddam Hussein made him a pariah both in Latin America and in Washington."
The field is still open for the successful appearance of these figures that, by distorting reality and securing the hearts and minds of the uneducated, win elections." (A-la the John Kerry run and democrat attempts still) (and in California recently).
Cheap heating oil ............ Interesting. Interesting you aren't complai9ning about a Venesuelan company making the money (and taking the jobs) ........... Citgo belongs to a Venesuelan oil company.
"The deal involves shipping some 45m litres of heating oil from Venezuela to Massachusetts at a discounted rate via Citgo Petroleum, a US-based subsidiary of the Venezuelan state-owned oil company".

Interesting, but what I don't see is the prez doing a damn thing about the heating oil situation. And why would he cuz he is making a shitload of money on it. Pretty sad when another country can offer aid. But hey you voted for him.
And what about the other countries in the world that have leaders like that? why no calling for the killing of them?? could it be they don't have any oil???
