dominator jetting questions

I am trying to determine a base line jetting and air bleed combination for my buddies motor. He has a 871 blower and dominators (1150's.). It is a typical day cruiser motor 540 cid with dart heads. We want somthing that is safe and will work vs full potential hp's. Appreciate any help.

We have a couple different combos on the blown 540,As there are several different styles of the 1150,do you know what # they are?How much Boost,or,how fast or slow are you spinning the blower?Cam specs?Let me know these things and i can get you close.
