OK the information is coming in fast. I got this from Forensic today. I still want to stay with the Arizona theme and Bartlett lake (SB Cove), but having acbs.org insured this event would be a great help, and make this an official event. Not as much a beach bash, but more of a Boat show and gathering. Lets set up a meeting.
Do a search for CBBB. There have been several Classic Boat Beach Bashes in the past at the AVI. I don't think they are have an official CBBB this year due to some liability issues so you may already have a crowd by default.

ok I got a website so we can have an unofficial way to keep informed. We'll get more info from acbs on becoming an official Arizona chapter. Also Membership info.
I'll be looking for pictures to post, so keep in mind when your at the lake to get a few. Also old Classic photos would be nice as well.
I could use a web designer in the Phoenix area that can help with the web page. This is a non profit organization in the making.

Wow!!!! I'm getting quite a few PM's. So far 12 want to be counted. We are there "unofficially". At this rate, we could easily see 100+. Remember, this regatta is for Pre-1987 boats.
2007 Regatta will include pre-1988 boats. a boat at least 20 y/o is a classic boat.
Sounds Like a blast.
