Sure is.
This is about it's third time around on Ebay this year. Maybe the right guy will see it and jump all over it.
Hope it finds a good home.

The black interior is period correct. We had black in my Dads 66 Kinsvater. You're right it was hot but it looks great.
Gotta sit on towels. My black tuck and roll will scald yer ass good. It's the original upholstery, installed in January 1968.
Made by "Interiors by Jack". Old Rigger has an old ad he posted a while back, he was in the same industrial park as Howard Brown's operation.....

towels are the only way to go with black seats lol ouch!!!!!
I grew up in our family boat, a 1966 Tahiti with a Merc 95 on it. It had
black tuck-n-roll upholstery... It was the LA Boat show "show-boat" for
that show..... neat boat....
My mom made some custom-fit terry cloth seat covers for the seats.
we would just wet-them down every so often while out in the water to
cool the seats........ you get used to it.....
My boat now has white leather, and the wife thinks these get hot.....
--Alot of good family times in that boat...
