there are a lot of engines kinda like this in kit form. Now you have to machine all the castings and such but they supply you with the basic kit. Still would take some talent to pull it off.
What is cool about this engine is it was NOT a kit. All designed by that guy and machined at his home shop. Now that is some MAJOR talent right there.
