A friend of mine just sold his 26 Daytona, 2x 300x last year. It was a consistent 114mph boat.

Our '05 26' Daytona runs 112 GPS in "normal" config. That's two people, 3/4 or more gas, tools, cooler, big stereo, etc. spinning 32 pitch 3-blade Merc. cleavers (stage 1 lab finish) @ 6800 rpm. It has ran this speed at sea level and on Lake Chicamauga in TN. Not sure of the elevation in TN but both temps were in the high 80's/low 90's.
Never emptied it and set it on kill in some cold weather..................maybe pick up a mph or two but I think that would be all. Pics in the outboard section of this site.
    Gotta love the wackers!

Thanks. These things are few and far between. I'm only aware of three of them counting mine.

Theres one in Parker with purple and orange like flames! Man these daytona's would put a hurt on the DCB's with these kind of numbers. The DCB is lucky to run a 100mph right?!

No. Given similar circumstance, ie air temp, altitude and water temp, the Mach/F-26's with X's will run 109 to 110 with 34 cleavers. In the Havasu heat when the water is 85 and the air temp is 120, they will run 100mph.
I'd like to see the Daytona in Parker run!

Your set up as to be close, right? I've seen you in town a couple of times but never on the water and everytime I say to myself "That 22 has to be fast as hell" NSF
