There was a time when I didn't care for the body styles of MoPars after 1970 or so. The newer fuselage cars of '72 and up (like the new Satellite/Roadrunner and this new Charger) seemed so too damn big to me...and the lines of the classic muscle cars were gone. I don't remember them having much value at the time, either.
Today, I think that Plum-Crazy Charger looks bad-ass. Hooks up nice and sounds bad-ass, too.

Hay, Kindsvater Flat how are you doing. There is another river run on the 4th of October at Knights landing. I can't make, I will be out in the ocean on that day. But it should have some nice boats there.
As for the Car I think he is from Sac.

hey mopar people...what do you guys have? I'm more of a stock kind of guy but back in the day I owned the following list.
1. 70 AAR cuda, hemi orange 4spd car (wish I still had this one,she was clean)
2. 71 Cuda 340 car red w/blk billboards
3. 71 ChallengerRT 440-6 shaker hood,4.10 dana urethane bumpers
sold em all... I vow to buy a car again when I can afford one...but I want a numbers matcher and they are sick expensive! my brother still owns a 71 ChallengerRT 426 hemi, shaker hood, only 71 hemi ever produced with a factory electric sunroof...sorry to ramble g-night

Charley , the one I miss is my 68 barracuda 340 conv [ 2000 were made]with a 4 spd stick . Had a 72 challenger 340 also with hurst pistol and a rare option motorola recording casette player.Wish I kept both of them mothballed wink

I have a 1961 dart with a blown 440 in it.
I just bought back my 74 dart sport that I back halved a put a 14 point in and will be putting a blown 440 in it.

I got a 1970 'Cuda with a 440, A 1970 Challenger T/A clone and a 1968 Dart that will soon have a 383 with some turbos on it. I just sold a '68 dart that had a 440 and a 4-speed. And my 1979 Sanger Super jet with a 440(make that a 383 I had some motor problems a month ago )
