OMC tilt/trim problem

My Four Winns Boat Has An Omc Stern Drive And When I Go Trim It Up And Down While I Am Driving The The Hydraulic Pump Has A Little Red Resetable Fuse That Keeps Popping, Does Any Body Have Any Suggestions. Thanks Achilles
