The 11 sec motor turns 7300 to 7500 and the 9 sec is about 8300 to 8500
An 11 x 16p with 12's does this in my Hondo at 7200rpm.

11 1/8 th X15 loaner prop 18s in the box full of gas and mufflers in a Heavy sanger 7500 rpm 106 on the Gps. Going to try to get a better number than that next summer
20' open bow, v- bottom with a pad. 6000RPMs, 1.29 gear, 11 1/4" X 16 three blade Menkens prop. 99 to 101MPH (depending on the wind). Motor has gone 6700RPMs in this boat.
11 x16 prop 15 gears runs 83-84 GPS at 6100 RPM .
11 1/2 x 16 with lightened 1.32 gears. 109.8 at Lake Ming through the lights with only a 10.8:1 compression on a 408ci - no blower or nitrous. :rollside:
Your running a hydro right? Is that why your running a 11 1/2 prop? Thats awsome what RPM?
