Would a set of headers, and prop make much of a difference? We are going to keep this thing 2 full seasons and move to somthing much faster but I would like to get a little faster.

I would just try and enjoy it. By the time you try different props, lab finishing them, headers etc. you'll spend a couple of thousand to gain a mile an or hour or so.
